The staff was so kind and professional! They're also super knowledgeable in their specialties. Their hard work really shows in the quality of work! The spa is also super welcoming and warm! I have been to other spas where it feels like they don't even want you there, this place is totally different!

An absolutely gorgeous environment. I always feel recharged when I walk out. Amanda is amazing with her craft, and her staff is wonderful as well. I love the skin care products there, I will look younger at 40 than I did at 30 thanks to the brilliant team, services, and products at Lapis.

I think I just found my new favorite spot in Erie. Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my entire service. The cozy environment and the small add-ons like using crystals during my facial made a huge difference and took the appointment to the next level. Spa Lapis offers a huge variety of services, and I definitely plan on being a recurring customer. Positive communication, professionalism quality.
