Cancellation Policy

A card on file is required to reserve and secure appointments. Please honor the cancellation policy by calling the spa or logging into Vagaro scheduling to cancel or reschedule your services within 24 hours of the appointment time. Multiple services, group services and services that take 1 ½ hrs or longer require 48hr cancellation notice. A short notice fee of 50% of scheduled services will be charged. This includes changes to scheduled services upon arrival day of.
In the event of a no notice “no show” a 99% of the scheduled services will be charged.
We reserve the right to charge these fees to ensure job security for the staff members as well as the business. By scheduling an appointment or making a purchase at Spa Lapis you are agreeing with these policies and understand the reasoning.

Late Policy

10-15 min tardy for scheduled services may result in rescheduling as well as the 50% short notice fee. When tardy the scheduled service will end at the original scheduled time and charged as original scheduled service despite time of arrival.

Returns

No refunds for services rendered as beauty services are an art form. No returns on retail items or gift certificates.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates need to be present to redeem. Not redeemable towards specials or additional discounts. Tipping may not be deducted from gift certificates.
